DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?

We do offer gluten-sensitive options upon request. We also have a handful of items on our menu as well that are gluten sensitive. Being gluten free myself, due to an allergy, I try my best to make delicious tasting gluten free products that don't compromise on texture. There is a chance though of cross contamination, given I do not have a separate cooking space dedicated to gluten free products. If you have any additional requests or concerns, please feel free to contact us!

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?

In order to keep your purchase fresh for as long as possible, I recommend ordering in advance of the day you need them and then scheduling pick-up for the day before or day of. Then if it is a dessert that requires refrigeration, store it in the fridge as soon as you can. As for other desserts, I'd recommend storing them in an air tight container for any desserts left after one day.

DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?

I do not typically do Vegan desserts and I do not have any Vegan items listed on the menu online. If you have any special requests, you can email me at hawkcreekcafe23@gmail.com to see if a certain dessert is possible.
